Programme Overview

The Jewellery Design Technology programme introduces students to the materials, techniques, and skills needed to become a certified jewellery designer.

Teaching is delivered through structured modules and field trips. Students learn to design, cast, and finish works to professional standards.

The department is led by practising jewellers with decades of industry experience in precious metal arts.

National Jewellery Competition Award

Student Akosua Osei Sasu claimed the top prize at the National Jewellery Competition in January 2025, one of Ghana’s most competitive platforms for emerging precious metal artists.
